- Goran Simonoski and Relja Bobić have started their music radio show on the airwaves of Belgrade’s then- Radio B 92 back in 1999. Belgradeyard Sound System is broadcasted live every Tuesday at midnight (live stream at www.b92.net) ever since, with the aim of presenting the wide scope of global non-commercial music production of diverse styles. From this base, the field of activity for this small collective has been spreading over the years and currently includes regular club nights, the complete production of the Dis-patch festival of cutting edge music and related art which reached its 7th edition in 2008, various one-off projects dealing with the support of local new music scene, as well as several music projects: the band Belgradeyard, Simonoski's acclaimed dubstep project Piece of Shh.., Bobic's DJ Moodswinger alias, and also the DJ duo as BGYSS. The band and the DJ duo have performed at a number of European events, including two extensive European tours for the group. The collective is one of the rare local artists and music activists to have a prominent profile outside the borders of Serbia, and a strong connection to the continental and UK scenes....
